ASG village house development consultancy covers the government application for new or redevelopment of New Territory Exempted House (NTEH) and other non- exempted village house. NTEH, although being relatively simple in their general arrangement and design, possess critical structural elements such as cantilevered balconies which are essential to building safety. Critical structural elements include cantilevered balconies and canopies; long span beams, long span slabs and foundation footings. To which we also offer the service of Authorized Persons (AP) / Registered Structural Engineers (RSE) / Registered Geotechnical Engineers (RGE) under Building Ordinance for land boundary survey, geotechnical design such as ground investigation, rock mapping, natural terrain hazard assessment, rock and soil slope analysis, site formation, excavation and lateral system, instrumentation and monitoring, ground movement predictions, and structural design. Our AP/RSE/RGE team is particularly experience in effectively resolving issues with government departments related to DH Order and Unauthorized Building Work (UBW).
